ID Card
Hiram College ID card can be obtained in the Dining Services office on the first floor of the Kennedy Center. The office hours are 9:00 AM-5:00 PM weekdays. If you lose your Hiram College ID Card, report it immediately to the Dining Services Office. A temporary ID will be issued for one week, which is mandatory for Dining Hall admission until a replacement card is issued or the card is found. Replacement Hiram College ID cards cost $15. The student is responsible for reporting and replacing lost cards as soon as possible.
Hiram College ID cards can be used in all dining facilities on campus, as well as in the bookstore and library. Several personal accounts may be utilized through the card, including the Miscellaneous Account, Book Voucher, and Dining Account. With the Miscellaneous Account, students may purchase food in the dining areas and items in the bookstore. Book Vouchers are valid for any book purchase in the Hiram College Bookstore. The Dining Account may be used in any dining facility, and includes an extra 15% buying power for deposits. This means that when a deposit is made into the Dining Account, the student will receive 115% of the value of that deposit. Parents may also make deposits into these accounts. A barcode on the back of the Hiram College ID card is used to check out books from Hiram College Library and from OhioLINK. This expedites the procedure of ordering and processing books.
