Description

What is Sakai?
Sakai is a set of software tools
designed to help instructors and other users create course and project
websites on the World Wide Web.
What are the parts of
Sakai?
When you sign on to Sakai, you will
automatically open a site called My Workspace. All Sakai users have a personal workspace.
You may also see tabs for one or more course websites or project websites,
depending on how many you have set up and how many you participate in.
(The tool for setting up a new site is accessible from your workspace.)
Each site can be accessed by clicking its
tab:
Along the left of the screen is the menubar. Click the buttons to access the different
features and functions you can use in your sites.
