Please provide brief answers to the following:

1) Give a brief summary of the quantum mechanics "measurement problem". How does the "collapse of the wavefunction" fit into the measurement problem?

2) What's the difference between the idea of an "observer-created" reality and a "consciousness-created" reality? Do either of these options seem reasonable/unreasonable to you?

3) Explain what is meant by phase entanglement. Which quantum reality is based on the idea of phase entanglement?
