The two methods of accessing the Hiram College bulletin boards are by using the client version of Outlook
or by using the Microsoft Outlook Web Access from a browser such as Internet Explorer.

How to Access the Bulletin Boards from Outlook

1. Launch Microsoft Outlook from the desktop OR click the Start button, highlight Programs then click on Microsoft Outlook.



2. From the Microsoft Outlook menu bar click on View then click on Folder List.
    
   
   
   
3. The Hiram College bulletin boards can be located by expanding
   Public Folders, All Public Folders, then Community Folders.
    
   

How to Access the Bulletin Boards using the Microsoft Outlook Web Access

1. Launch Internet Explorer from the desktop OR click the Start button, highlight Programs then click on Internet Explorer.



2. On the left side of the Microsoft Outlook Web Access window, click on Public Folders.
    
   
   
   
3. The Hiram College bulletin boards can be located under
   Community Folders beneath the All Public Folders.
